To process tuition, fees, and related transactions, we

Payment card data is processed securely through Moodo
Financial; however, Dae Han Martial Arts does not store full credit card
numbers. Payment information is processed and securely stored by our
third-party payment processor, Moodo Financial, in compliance with applicable
payment industry standards.

For students under 18, we also collect:

and relationship of the parent or legal guardian

Meta/Facebook and Google/YouTube — to reach prospective members interested in

that affect your enrollment status, pricing, or participation in our programs.

Dae Han Martial Arts may disclose relevant information to

agencies when reasonably necessary to investigate accidents, injuries, claims,

5. Children’s Privacy
Dae Han Martial Arts enrolls students of all ages, including
children under 13. We take the privacy and safety of minor students very
seriously and comply with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

under the age of 13, we require verifiable written consent from that student’s

Video Surveillance Expansion

security, accident investigations, disciplinary matters, insurance claims, law
enforcement requests, and legal proceedings. Dae Han Martial Arts retains sole
discretion regarding the review, disclosure, or release of surveillance
recordings.
