To process tuition, fees, and related transactions, we collect:

Payment card data is processed securely through Moodo Financial; however, Dae Han Martial Arts does not store full credit card numbers. Payment information is processed and securely stored by our third-party payment processor, Moodo Financial, in compliance with applicable payment industry standards.

For students under 18, we also collect:

•       Name and relationship of the parent or legal guardian

•       Custody documentation or court orders where applicable

•       Authorized pickup list — identifying adults permitted to collect the student from our facility

•       Minor students will be released only to adults listed on the authorized pickup form signed at enrollment

•       We will not discuss a minor student’s enrollment status, schedule, or personal information with any adult not listed on the enrollment record.

•       Staff are trained on mandatory child abuse reporting obligations under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 19-7-5)
