Lauren is a 3^rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has been training ever since she was 3. Lauren is part of the Form’s Team. She has lived in Georgia all her life and has attended at Vaughn & Mount Paran Christian School. She is mainly a calm and reserved person. She likes to help out a lot. Lauren helps with ASP and summer camp from time to time. She also helps assist classes. She has a good amount of experience with kids and helping them become the best they can be. Lauren has a strong love for orchestra and working backstage for theatre productions (plays & musicals). Some of her favorite hobbies are reading, photography, lighting design, playing instruments, traveling, baking, and cooking.
