CARMELA CIRILO
Title: Instructor
Carmela Cirillo has been an Instructor at Dae Han Martial Arts since 2016. She started Hapkido in 2016 and is now Bo Dan Black Belt. Carmela began Taekwondo ten years ago at the age of eleven, and prior to joining Dae Han, she was a gymnast for many years. Carmela eventually chose to leave the sport after reaching Competition Level Eight.
Carmela has a very energetic and lively personality, which works well for teaching children. She really enjoys teaching children because they bring great energy to class and are always excited to learn.
Carmela is a student at Kennesaw State University. Her major is Linguistics, with a concentration in Critical Languages. She hopes to do study abroad programs to attain her degree. When she is not at KSU or at Dae Han, Carmela loves spending the day in Atlanta touring various restaurants with her friends. Carmela believes that each person creates their own strength, their own abilities, and their own happiness.
